p799 Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and p799 ("p799," "we," "our," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at p799.one ("Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the p799 website, mobile interface, games, betting services, promotions, and all associated features and content.

By creating a p799 account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the p799 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

p799 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gambling activities offered on the Platform are subject to PAGCOR regulations. p799 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or registered email address. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the p799 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and enforced by PAGCOR. p799 strictly enforces this requirement and will require documentary proof of age as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted. p799 services are principally directed at players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction of residence or location at the time of play.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons under guardianship, those declared legally incompetent, or those prohibited from gambling by a court order are not eligible to use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each person may hold only one (1) registered p799 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts for any purpose — including bonus abuse, circumventing limits, or evading exclusion — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion: Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from p799 or from gambling under PAGCOR's self-exclusion programme are not eligible to open or use an account during the exclusion period.

p799 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of the account and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money features of the p799 Platform, you must complete account registration by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued identification number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws in the Philippines, p799 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (SSS, UMID, PhilSys, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation where required. p799 may request updated KYC documents periodically or when unusual account activity is detected.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p799 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. p799 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify p799 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise of your account.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to use your p799 account, and you may not access or use any other person's account. p799 reserves the right to merge accounts or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion, with any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the p799 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, subject to applicable conversion fees.

4.2 Deposits

p799 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as published on the Platform. Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the time of deposit. p799 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are credited to your p799 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts may request withdrawals to GCash, PayMaya, or linked bank accounts at any time. p799 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. p799 reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns, which may extend processing times. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

p799 is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML guidelines. Deposits may not be withdrawn without wagering activity. p799 reserves the right to file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law, and to delay or refuse transactions pending investigation, without liability to the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

p799 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all p799 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game restrictions.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page.
• p799 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion, or void bonus-related winnings if it suspects abuse, collusion, or misuse, including the creation of multiple accounts for bonus purposes.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• p799 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p799 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age or by persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal gameplay.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or systems. Any winnings derived from exploiting bugs must be reported to p799 and may be voided.
• Chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or any attempt to reverse legitimate transactions.
• Money laundering or the use of the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at p799 staff, other players, or dealers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the p799 Platform — including but not limited to the p799 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of p799 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without the express written consent of p799 is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p799 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, service interruption, or third-party payment processing errors. p799's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's p799 account at the time the claim arose.

p799 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily suspend access to the Platform. p799 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

p799's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the p799 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations.

10. Responsible Gaming

p799 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, p799 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout or reminders at configured intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the p799 Platform at any time by contacting p799 support or using the account settings portal. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications during gameplay to inform you of elapsed time and net gaming results.

p799 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will immediately close any account found to be held by a person under the minimum legal age, with all funds returned to the depositing payment method after investigation. 11. Termination & Suspension

p799 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion with or without prior notice, including but not limited to cases of breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, AML concerns, regulatory direction, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, any balance in the account (net of bonus funds not yet eligible for withdrawal) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method following completion of applicable verification and investigation procedures. Accounts closed due to fraudulent activity, abuse, or breach of these Terms may have balances forfeited in whole or in part as permitted by PAGCOR guidelines.

You may close your p799 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not affect any existing obligations under this Agreement, including any pending KYC or AML review.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to p799's internal disputes resolution team. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within thirty (30) days, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism, whose decision shall be final and binding to the extent prescribed by PAGCOR regulations. Any litigation not subject to PAGCOR jurisdiction shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
